What do you like best about Supermove?

Supermove has made a tremendous impact on Square Cow Moovers. We can't operate our business without it. Operationally, the software is the best we've used. It makes their interactions with our clients smooth and efficient. The ease of use in booking moves has increased our productivity within our sales center allowing us to reduce call times and missed calls. The Supermove Leadership & Implementation Teams went above and beyond to ensure Square Cow was ready for business on our 'go live' date. What do you dislike about Supermove?

There isn't much to dislike about Supermove. We truly love it. If I had to identify one area of potential growth, it would be reporting. Square Cow uses data everyday to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in our business. There have been times our reporting has been inaccurate. Supermove acknowledges this is an area of focus and has recently expanded their team to specifically address and improve their reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supermove solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Supermove software allows for efficient booking, as well as operational simplicity in the field. Our sales reps are able to serve our clients thoroughly and quickly to ensure we are setting every client up for success. On the operational side, our movers are able to collect all necessary signatures electronically through the tablet so there is no need for hardcopy paperwork. Both of these have helped our overall efficiency and client experience. Another benefit of Supermove is their desire to continue to improve and add to their product line. The launch of CoPilot is a recent example of this. They have created an AI-enabled sales software specifically for moving companies to track client calls. This product is amazing! The most helpful thing about Supermove is being able to keep everything within one application. The automations that are integrated in it have saved me hours per week.
