It saves time, and I don’t get as confused switching between tabs like before. **What do you dislike about Sprout?** I think Sprout can still improve on its loading speed sometimes it takes a while to process or load certain pages, especially during cutoff. My daily workload is made easier by this wonderful service! I feel fortunate to be a part of the Sprout Social team. Helping our customers through Sprout is a novel experience for me. I've been doing this for about a year now, and I've noticed a boost in the quantity of active, comfortable players on those channels. Even if we are getting more contacts than ever before, there is still a ton of room for improvement. **What do you dislike about Sprout?** It can be difficult to manage several direct messages coming in from various consumers at once because multiple chat windows are needed, therefore we filter them one by one, message by message. Customers' messages occasionally don't update in real time, so you may need to close and reload the chat window to see if they responded. **What problems is Sprout solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can schedule posts with Sprout in advance, and they will publish on the days and times we designate. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time as compared to posting manually. The workflow/approval arrangement has also significantly simplified our process for quality assurance and ensuring information accuracy prior to release. ### 18.
