**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

I love how easy Paperbell is to use and the sessions they have for newbies like myself. Their customer service is amazing. I struggled for about two years to get my coaching website done with other companies, but with Paperbell and a session with James, I'm almost finished and ready to go live. It's priceless to me, and I'm very thankful I found them.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The only thing I wish Paperbell would change is allowing PayPal and Stripe to be used, because I need both.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paperbell to set up my coaching website easily despite my tech handicap, solving a two-year struggle with other companies. Their user-friendly platform and excellent customer service, including sessions for newbies, are priceless to me.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

Paperbell takes care of 80% of the administrative overhead of my coaching business. I do the accounting and pay the taxes and do a little setup tweaking here and there, but mostly I just show up and coach. Paperbell does the scheduling and rescheduling, most of the emailing, handles payments, holds all my packages, syncs up my calendars, sends reminders about sessions as they're coming up and session credits as they're coming up on expiration. All the things! On the rare occasions I've had issues their team is a delight to work with, and there's been a steady trickle of thoughtful improvements to the platform in the two years I've been using it. It's the most expensive software I use in my business, and the renewal charge I'm happiest to see.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I wish the built in contracting was a bit more customizable, for example requiring fillable fields from clients. My lawyer says my contracts aren't enforceable without the client's location in them, so I'm not able to use the built in contracting features, and I'm sad about it. That said, there's no upcharge for the contracting feature (or any other feature) and I think to use that aspect of pretty much any digital signature gathering platform would require Paperbell to pay more for API access, so it makes tons of sense to me that this limitation exists.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coaching in real time has the potential to be a nightmare between calendar syncing, Zoom scheduling, time zones, collecting payments ahead of sessions... and I rarely have to think about any of that because Paperbell handles it all for me. It also has one of the nicer implementations of sliding scale/multi tier pricing I've come across, which was a deciding factor in my initial selection of the platform.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

Paperbell makes it easy to offer different packages and collect payments for them. They also make it easy to give out resources with your packages and you can make notes on your client's profile that only you can see.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

Paperbell doesn't include any big marketing features to help you find clients. You have to find clients and then send them to Paperbell to purchase your packages.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping me keep track of appointments, collect payments from customers, give out resources with my packages, keep notes on my clients, and they also have some nice analytics features.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

I love my Paperbell account.  It simplifies so many things in my coaching business!  It has everything you need: the ability for clients to access your calendar & schedule, integrate with stripe (or PayPal) to allow clients to pay in one sum or divided up over time (however you decide)  using autopay, upload your client contract so they sign it as part of the check out process (hellosign is included as part of that--so convenient!), upload and save notes that you can make viewable to your client or not & they can send notes back, create a Shop Page with a variety of packages and offerings, keep track of your clients all in one place....there's more.  But I'll stop for now.  If you're on the fence, go for it.  Totally worth the money.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The interface that you as the business owner see is very simple and basic.  When you log in, the words "Appointments," "Availability," "Packages," "Clients," & "Sales" are across the top, along with your profile button in the top righthand corner.    There's not a lot of pictures and such as it's mostly text.  At first this threw me because I'm used to colors, arrows, buttons, etc. telling me where to go and what to do in our techy world filled w/ animation, gifs and jpgs.  I share this to encourage you to stick with it especially in the beginning.  It becomes like riding a bike as you figure out where all the records and the needed information is located.  It becomes second nature.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperbell is making it possible for me to cut my costs by not having to hire certain things out right now.  This is especially important as my coaching business is very young and still growing.

I love the visual appeal of Paperbell - so much more elegant than other platforms I've used! And the customer support team is THE BEST there is, bar none.

It is on the pricier side, but when you see the simplicity and elegance of the platform,, and experience the world-class customer support service, you understand why.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

As a coach with ADD I find it extremely helpful to be able to keep the majority of my coaching functions all in one spot! 

The fact that it has a client portal is another huge plus and helps me show up to my clients in a very organized way. Not to mention I love it for any of my clients who may also have organizational struggles. 

Although other systems have client portals, they don’t seem to have all the other functions and capabilities that Paperbell has, and they are definitely not as streamlined and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The one thing I wish it had was a separate user email address. I like to keep my business functions on one email and my coaching notifications on a separate email. But now that Inthink about it... I might be able to create my own rule for that.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been looking for a great all in one platform for a few years now. The fact that this platform had a scheduling tool that connected directly to my Google calendar and had the ability to create packages and take payments, while also having the organized client portal, meant I had one less tool to sign into and manage.

Paperbell is the answer to all of my coaching prayers - even the ones I didn't know about. It's beautifully designed, intuitive and ... this is the best part .. the customer service is amazing.

I do have to rely on customer support a lot. I'm so grateful it's there and I do know the fault is mine. I get confused because it's a lot of decisions and it's my first time. But with their generous support, I'm more and more confident.

Paperbell beautifully manages my calendar. It manages all of the information my clients share. And I love how supported I feel. In fcat, Paperbell doesn't just host this coaching site, they've taught me a ton about coaching and the business of being a coach.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

I have been reading Paperbell blog post on Pinterest for at least a year. I started to notice that Paperbell was advertising a service of their own, but I have a very small business so the manual (Calendly, google, Evernote and Typeform) way of doing everything was fine for me. I realized, however, that taking on one or two more clients made the manual way a hassle, so I went back to Paperbell to look into what they offered. I figured the blogs were always useful, straight to the point and I liked the look and feel of the website, so I might like some of the services provided.

To my delight, I saw the free trial, and to my surprise it gave access to everything. In one evening I set up all my packages and landing pages. No tutorials or demos were necessary. The sight was easy to navigate and flowed so well.

Once I was done setting everything up I felt like I had something I would be proud to share with clients that was beautiful and easy to use. I'm excited to be able to provide a smooth and professional set up process that is less work for me at the same time.

I love that the client profile keeps track of sessions remaining, documents shared and packages purchased. I love, literally, all of the features provided on my end and how easy it is to set everything up and keep track of everything in one place.

Paperbell is a great solution for my company for a number of reasons and it combines many services that I was using into one simple tool.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

One thing I would like to see added is the option for clients to log in without having to check their email for a confirmation code. It's not really an issue, but it would make the process one step easier for them.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperbell makes running my business more manageable by allowing me to customize my packages, easily link to my website, share files with clients, collect payments, allow clients to book, etc. It's basically the admin side of my business.

I like how everything is streamlined and easy. It's very self-explanatory and simple to use. There is no guesswork, no confusion and it's laid out step by step. It made the set-up process super easy to use. VERY user-friendly. I love that I can customize everything to match my brand so my clients aren't confused when they land on a new site. It feels like it is part of my website. I also love that everything is on one platform. I don't have to have a separate booking program, I don't have to log into zoom and copy and paste a link, and I don't have to invoice my clients - everything is in 1 place. Makes my life and running my business so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

My only dislike so far is when you email a client directly from the Paperbell software, they receive the email from 'Paperbell' versus my name. This can cause confusion for my customers since they don't really know what Paperbell is. However, I emailed customer service about this and requested that this be changed and they responded very quickly stating that this request is already in the works and will be implemented in the next few months! I would totally recommend Paperbell to other Coaches out there. It is so easy to use and I love that everything I need is all in one place! This makes your life and business so easy!

Paperbell helps keep me organized. Because everything I need is in one centralized location, I don't feel overwhelmed running my business, updating my packages, receiving payment from clients, sending communication, etc. It has been great so far!

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

It is so nice to have in one place nearly everything that a coaching business would require. I like that the platform features provide a lot of room to grow and experiment as I consider how my business and offerings might evolve in the future. It also makes it so user-friendly for the client (they can sign their contract, pay, and schedule in one smooth process) and saves time, back-and-forth communication, and the mental burden of addressing undone administrative items for everyone. The biggest surprise for me is how nuanced you can be in controlling your calendar availability: e.g., you can automatically have it create 30min. buffers between meetings. I think I am now done with experimenting with Calendly as a result.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

One thing I do appreciate is that the Paperbell team is continuing to roll out improvements that address specific user feedback -- so I encourage coaches who have ideas and desired features to contact Paperbell! They seem to keep a tally of requested items. I would love: (1) a way to schedule or customize the "payment plan" options so that they are not simply monthly, but can be aligned, for example, with the common policy of charging half upfront, and then half halfway through a coaching package. (2) a way for clients to click a button to download an automatically generated invoice for their own records or for the purposes of getting reimbursed by their company. (3) I haven't yet figured out how to use graphics and logos very well; when I try to insert my own coaching business logo, it ends up looking a little small or out of proportion to the page. (4) for some reason, editing packages ends up being very unwieldy and slightly unintuitive; I keep clicking in and out of various windows to get to the thing I'm trying to edit. (5) I wish unavailable times were simply not shown on the scheduling page. At the moment, they appear to be grayed out. (6) I wish there were an option for clients to pay via direct transfer (Stripe integration allows only credit card, which automatically charges a small fee).

As noted above, I love relieving myself and my clients of the burden of managing multiple, separate steps. I like knowing that I'm providing a very user-friendly experience.

Hear you for the payment plan. It is something that sounds like it may be a Stripe limitation as I have seen this elsewhere but I am going to add your vote!
Since the billing is all done in Stripe or PayPal at the moment, we won't be able to add the downloadable invoice at this time but I will definitely add your vote to this as well.

We don't allow for bank transfer within Paperbell but you can take payments any way you like and then simply gift the package :-)

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

Paperbell includes scheduling, client CRM, and payment solutions all in one.  Not only does it save me money from "piecemealing" several other apps, but it saves me brain space as every app has a different system to learn to operate!  I also love the package feature that gives a lot of flexibility (for example, I host an all-inclusive retreat that includes group coaching and also a 1:1 coaching session with each client post-retreat).

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The Survey option has only paragraph-style answers instead of multiple-choice or checkboxes.  There is an option to use a link to a Google Form.   Emails sent through the portal show sender as Paperbell which is confusing to client if you don't give them a head's up.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration into your website, lots of features that eliminate the need for multiple business apps.  This saves me time, money, and frustration having it all in one place.

I love that Paperbell is all-in-one. It's allowed me to simplify and streamline everything. The software is user friendly and new features are always being added. Did I mention that customer service is outstanding? I love having everything in one place and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

There's nothing I truely dislike. They are always adding new features, so by the time I realize there's something I want they're already adding it. The only things on my wishlist still are a way to structure courses and a newsletter option.

I'm able to have everything in one place: packages, contracts, client management, email, appointments. I left the other CRM platforms I was using to only use Paperbell! It's introduced flexibility and simplified my business processes.

The best part about Paperbell is you can set it up, give it a try to see if it meets your needs, without the pressure of a deadline. It exceeded all of my expectations in my trial, so when I started using it live, once set up, it was super easy and streamlined!

Paperbell is organizing the parts of my business that have always felt like a hot mess and disorganized because they weren't all in one place. Paperbell brings them together so I don't feel disorganized. To have contracts, payments, scheduler all together make it so much easier to handle.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

It provides a clean, slick, functional shop front with lots of flexibility in creating coaching packages. I use the Stripe and Paypal integrations currently for payment. This is really helpful as I do not now have to chase payments.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

Nothing really - maybe a way of directly selling ebooks would be good, but there is a good enough work around for that. I have also suggested that packages be grouped into folders, such as different sorts of coaching, and ebooks. Paperbell is very responsive to feature requests.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

It is the best system I have used.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to chase clients for payments and go back and forward arranging appointments. This certainly saves me time, so I am moreproductive.

User-friendly, great customer support, easy to integrate, edit and share. I also like how I get frequent resources and help in how to utilize the site better. Paperbell has everything I need in one stop, unlike it's competitors.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

That I've gone so long without it. I wasted a lot of time and money on other platforms. I may have missed this part completely, but I would love a tutorial video explaining exactly how to use each feature and what to do in one-off situations.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

The free trial offered with Paperbell makes this a no-brainer if you are still on the fence. You have nothing to lose but much to gain!

It's a one-stop-shop for all my coaching to client needs. Customer service is quick to respond when I have questions. I can set up all my automated emails, surveys and calendar reminders before I ever book the client!

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

I've tried a few software services to manage my coaching business and Paperbell covers the most important basics really well like easy scheduling, sending contracts, handling payments and payment plans, automated emails and appointment reminders - that's my favorite! The user experience on my end is really simple and the client-facing design is clean and modern which I love! You can also attach documents to coaching packages like pdfs or workbooks - bonus!

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The only thing I didn't like was - my coaching packages are 1x 90 minute assessment and then 12x 60 minute sessions. I didn't know you had to add the 90 minute one first in order for the client to schedule that appointment first and both my clients and I were super confused. In the future I'd love to see a drop down add where clients can choose which appointment type to schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

If you're looking for a simple and affordable way to manage your coaching packages, payments, contracts, onboarding, and scheduling - this really is the best solution!

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My new client onboarding process felt like a hot mess and Paperbell makes it nice, tidy, and mostly automated so I can rest easy knowing new clients have everything they need to start off successfully. The other bonus is automated reminders for appointments has totally curbed missed sessions so now my own time isn't wasted waiting around!

Paperbell aligns with how I run my business.  I am able to offer coaching packages with a certain number of sessions at either a one time price (with a discount if desired) or a monthly fee.  Of all the coaching platforms I've checked out, it has the greatest flexibility to do what I need.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

The one feature that is lacking is in-app messaging between the coach and client.  I'd love to have a central private area where I can asynchronously message my clients, share links and notes with them.

I love that this is a scheduling and payment software; including zoom links is fantastic and takes so many steps out of the process.  You can also personalize everything you do, offer, etc.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

It cannot add sales tax, and I am still struggling with how to deal with this issue.  In the state of Connecticut, our services are taxable. I would also like more access options to see what the client sees. The only feedback I got from paperbell is that most coaches just add it into the price.  My prices have already been established and published so that would mean I am taking a hit.  I should have planned better, yes but I was surprised that was the only resolution.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the same as my "what do you dislike," and I disliked the resolution. I need some out-of-the-box thinking for my resolution so I am not taking the big hit of paying 6.35% of my sales to the state.  That is a cost I should be able to have the client pay.  And I can't combine the price with sales tax, the sales tax needs its own line.  Someone must have figured out a way.

I feel for you with the tax situation - taxes are never fun to deal with. We don't have a way to add taxes in the exclusive way that the US adds tax after the sale. I know that you don't want to change your prices but I find that if you explain to your clients that you now need to pay tax and this is where the price increase comes from, (bearing in mind it would also increase if the taxes were added separately) people are generally understanding. 

I am going to add your vote to incorporating taxes into Paperbell. For now though this would be the best option.

Best is a combination of 1. scheduling by the client (which is integrated with my Google calendar so I see all appointments immediately, and I can easily block out time (or make available) for no appointments by merely adding something to my Google calendar) 2. client signing the contract before scheduling 3. (my choice) client having to pay before scheduling 4. client can cancel and reschedule without any input from me and many more conveniences. It was what I needed as a new coach because most of the coaching admin was taken care of by the app.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I would like it to be easier to send out group emails via template, but not to everybody. I would like to be able to alter times for sessions that have current clients. I would like to be able to easily send surveys to clients of various (but not all) packages when I want to  (not just after a trigger).

Scheduling, billing, legal contract signature all solved...three major stumbling blocks for those starting out in a coaching business

I'm loving Paperbell so far. It's super streamlined and does exactly what I need it to do. I tried Practice Better multiple times and just found it complicated. But Paperbell is the opposite, it does everything I need in a digestible and simple way and it's all right there for you. I don't have to search around for what I need. Paperbell lays it all out for you and pretty much walks you through everything that should be checked off your client onboarding and client management lists as a coach. Well done on an awesome product that's making my life SO much easier. 👏🏼

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

No dislikes! But there are a few things that I'd love to see added to the platform like an automated option to "gift" clients an add-on package after they purchase the primary package (Ie. bonus healing sessions for example that are denoted as such.) Even better would be to see this as an option that's somehow integrated into the package all as one. Would also love a place for clients to access their session notes written by their coach. Maybe I've overlooked this but haven't seen this option for the client yet.

I have no complaints. If I was to ask for anything, it would be able to create different store front landing pages - one for my personal coaching, one for my marketing coaching, one for my nutrition coaching.

Most CRM tools out there are missing features coaches and consultants really need. Paperbell understands the importance of combining the number of sessions included to packages, making it super easy for service providers to track how many sessions they have left with clients. Plus, there's a feature that will remind your clients to book appointments if you haven't seen them in 30 days! You can automate sending forms before / after each session, making things a breeze for you! Paperbell recently released the option to add discounts on pay-in-full packages and I can't think of any other app that does this!

It's an intuitive interface that takes very little time to understand. I had it up and running within a few hours with the basic functions, and have continued to experiment since, with positive results. The interfaces to Google Calendar and Stripe have worked seamlessly. Laura and team have actively solicited feedback about their product, and have been active in implementing changes recommended by users. They seem to genuinely understand how a coach practices, and what administrative functions they can benefit from, which differentiates them from some of the competition.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

There's not much I can point to which I don't like. If I was looking for areas of improvement, it's probably in the integration of images into packages to display in your shopfront, which is one of the few parts of the package which didn't feel intuitive, at least to me as a non techie user.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I provide services to multiple audiences: coaching packages to individuals (self-pay and corporate pay), for coaches (supervision, mentor coaching) and to groups (group supervision). Paperbell allows me to create as many packages as I want, and share them privately through a link, which my clients appreciate. Without this function, I think there'd be mass confusion about which package to purchase. The ability to put contract signing (via Hellosign integration) into the enrollment workflow has saved me a ton of time, and prevents the need to pay for an account with DocuSign or similar. And perhaps most valuable of all is the ability for my clients to self-schedule and re-schedule: it's a game changer. If you're playing email ping-pong with your clients to create or change appointments, you're likely irritating them and wasting your own time and attention.

It delivers on it's core promises: a workflow that combines scheduling, contract signing & payments.

Even allows recurring payments & adding branding to the webpages.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

That you can only have 1 "shop". I'd rather that different groups of customers only see certain clusters of packages.

Paperbell does allow you to send someone a link to a specific pkg. But...the client always see an option to view the provider's (the coach's) full shop. 

So, you have to be mindful of which packages are visible in the shop.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HEADACHE of using 3 systems. The best stack I used was Pandadoc for contracts & initial payment + Oncehub for scheduling.

The best free option I used was Square. They have a scheduler, contract, payment workflow, but you had to set each customer's contract & invoice up. That took time. Now with Paperbell - I literally do nothing else. 

I just send the client a link & no other intervention is needed from me. 

One "vanity" thing I didn't like about Square was that the customer saw what number they were. Square put it in the email subject line. So - it was basically announced.

If you just switched, your customer will see they are only the 3rd or 8th customer ...and this just adds something for people to wonder about/react to.

It's so easy to use! And I love that it's beautiful too!

I subscribed to Paperbell because I was expanding my consulting business to include coaching, and I am so happy I chose Paperbell.  It's so quick and easy to set up.  You can do individual or group coaching or even a combo of the two (you can have a group program that includes one or more private sessions per client).  It's easy to link to from your website, and intuitive and easy for clients to use.  I love that the scheduling tool for group programs sends invitations as soon as someone makes the purchase.  And I use workbooks and surveys, which I can also very easily include in each package. 

You literally just have to set your programs and services in once, and then it's done!

Also, the team are absolutely amazing.  They are quick to respond to email, and are always open to suggestions and feedback.

Honestly, nothing.  The team are constantly looking to include new features, which is what all customers want!

You won't regret it.  If you have a coaching, consulting or group coaching business, I highly recommend this product.

Scheduling is so easy.

It's really simple and intuitive to use. Product support is super helpful and responsive. The team is really great. It's so easy to use and feature roll-out is 100% in line with what coaches need... I didn't realize how much of a relief it would be to have all my client info in one place... one easy dashboard to see upcoming appointments, go through my notes... I really love paperbell, thank you so much! Honestly, it solves a problem I didn't even know I had... and now that it's solved, I can't imagine living the way I used to.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

Mmm the only drawback I can think of was that initially I didn't know I could schedule appointments for clients (e.g. while on the phone with them, to say, when would you like your next appointment). So initially my less tech-savvy clients had a few extra hoops to jump through. But this saved me so much head space and... and then lo-and-behold, I realized hey, I can actually schedule these directly in paperbell for them too!

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

100%. It's easy to use. They're 500% going in the right direction. And they're INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE. If you want a feature that isn't in there, they will listen and integrate it.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) I appear a lot more professional even to people who are new to me (i.e. my 'discovery call' people)
2) i'm not losing revenue by not knowing how long has elapsed since a last appointment, following up, reminding people, getting them to schedule etc. I'm also not losing revenue by a 'retainer package' being spread out longer than intended by a client. Paperbell makes my coaching packages very clear. 
3) I have 20% less clutter on my desktop and in my mind
4) I'm saving time since the number of clicks (and mental barrier) to locate reference documents (waiver, intake survey, next appointment, notes etc.) has dramatically reduced!
5) I feel more comfortable and LESS AWKWARD around the whole "sale" and money issue, because it's now "if you're ready to work with me, go pay here :). I use this software, the package is set up as a [recurring plan or monthly payment] "

The client interface is clean and modern, which I like as compared with other solutions I researched. It is easy to set up the packages I need and integrate with my google calendar and stripe account for payment. Implementation was much shorter than the other solutions I was considering, which for a small shop (me and my VA) was so important.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I knew when I signed on with Paperbell that it was still a newer solution, but I would have liked to understand better what was and wasn't available yet in the system. I assumed that certain functionality like personalization in email notifications to include client names and appointment dates/times, different email trigger options, survey question types (right now only open text), and other small things would be available, but unfortunately they are not. I may still have moved forward with Paperbell because I trust the products that Laura puts out into the world, but knowing these limitations up front would have helped manage my expectations and helped me prepare for work-around solutions until these items are released.

**What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been the automatic payment for my customers. I was manually charging them for monthly payments before moving to PB. Also, the client portal where they can always log in and manage, schedule, and update appointments has been a big time-saver as well.

**What do you like best about Paperbell?**

I like how easy it is to create an offer and  set the calendar to my specific scheduling needs. I also like that I can include both private and group appointments in the same booking. I create my schedule around my menstrual cycle and family needs. Being able to set availability beyond syncing my calendar is the best feature for me, as I can create blocks of time in addition to alternating availability.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I haven't come across anything I don't like about it yet. Laura is incredibly receptive and responsive to any feedback and her team is actively working on improvements and implementing new features.

Great for new coaches getting started and experienced coaches looking to simplify their booking and payment systems.

I don't have to toggle between too many systems to organize scheduling, payments, and communication. I like that I can create a client profile and automation to follow up with clients after booking.

I recently purchased it, and it seems there is everything I need.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I just purchased Paperbell, and I liked it up to the point where some links aren't showing my availability. When I check "client view" in account," it shows, but not in the links I need to use. I have other concerns, but I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. They also don't have a chat feature to ask. It indicates they take up to 12 hours to respond M-F. It's been three days and no response. I don't know another way to try to get a hold of them. Very frustrating. I can't use a broken system. Unfortunately, I'll need to cancel and find another platform—all this work into setting it up because there are glitches. I'm very disappointed.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

If you run into a glitch, like I did, you're going to hit a brick wall as you're not going to get responses to your emails. They also have no chat feature.

There's nothing to solve as the issue is on Paperbell's end and there's no response from them regarding these issues.

I want to see more reports for sales, a fuller account profile for clients.  I trust that all of this is in development as the platform is brand new.  Leading edge.

I am a new coach and became overwhelmed with all the various necessities to run my practice and the lack of cohesion. It felt like I had to subscribe to 10+ different applications to incorporate everything I needed until I found Paperbell. The fact that it just has everything in one place and that it is designed specifically for coaching is unbeatable. I find it encouraging that since it is specific to coaching industry so the continued improvements will only enhance my ability to focus on being a coach and not the administrative distractions.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

It's not perfect but I honestly don't feel like there's anything I would say I dislike at the moment. I can see on a regular basis that there is continued work and improvements so I'm really happy with everything.

Invoicing, payment plans, packages, contracts, scheduling, client notes - having this all in one place is just heavenly.

Paperbell is built by people who know what coaches need. It's intuitive and covers the areas that a coach needs covering fully.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

That it's a 'one fee for all' price plan. For a coach starting out with tight finances the pricing is pretty hefty. However it's understandable for the level of service the software provides. You can't reduce the price without reducing the product, else its not fair for others paying more.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:**

If you are a coach starting out or established don't bother looking elsewhere this is the software to use.

Paperbell takes care of contract signing, appointment booking and note collating. So everything is in one place. Organisation is top. Its also great that I can link straight to my packages or shop front on my website so potential clients don't get lost. The list is endless as I know there is more to the software than I've already experienced.

The easy way I can create and edit packages on my phone. 

How I can build a group program and have zoom calls integrated, 

How it auto emails reminders and zoom links and the survey and contracts are awesome! 

How I can add a booking slot to a client.

I love that I can have a package active but not on the sales page

Nothing - it is literally amazing. And the team are adding features all the time.

Absolutely the most simple and most comprehensive one-stop shop for everything a coach needs. Full Disclosure - I am not YET a paying customer, so I have only used the Free version. But, even so, the features it has ALREADY allowed me to use are jaw-dropping and awesome.  Rescheduling client meetings, sending and sharing files with clients, creating and selling packages - it's awesome!

A bit of a learning curve if you are familiar with other software. But, if you have patience and follow a lot of the help documentation. (Which is excellent.) You will be up and running in no time.

Centralizing scheduling, document management, contract management and client management is an ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER. It has literally become THE dashboard for working on admin tasks in my business.

It was easy to navigate, and the interface is user-friendly. Paperbell helped me schedule and sell packages quickly and connect with clients fast. It super intuitive to make changes and new packages - it's also incredibly convenient that you can offer different payment options/prices for each package.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

I wish there were more CRM opportunities to enter client data (like phone number). Though I technically can't count this as a dislike because I've already submitted this as a request and Paperbell's founder is exceptionally responsive to user recommendations.

Using Paperbell saves me an infinite amount of time since I don't have to email clients back and forth about scheduling and processing payments. The seamless integration with my Google calendar is priceless.

I have used a number of client management apps and tools in the past, but I was looking for something that was simpler than the increasingly complex platforms I was using. Beyond keeping things streamlined and efficient, my favorite feature of Paperbell is to track the number of hours used against what was paid for by a client.

**What do you dislike about Paperbell?**

At this point, they continue to provide improvements that have actually addressed my challenges, the only thing I think I would like more is to integrate my own branding into the "Shop" and landing pages and to be able to put together simple workflows.

I was looking for a tool that allowed clients to easily purchase a package and then book against their available hours. I actually love that I don't need to create proposals or send invoices but that this provides simple packages (that I can adjust per client if/when needed).

Paperbell gives you what you need to run the coaching practice side of your business without the bloat of features you nor your client will ever use, nor does it have the price tag attached to all of these unused features.

It's super simple to set up and get going, and my clients all love the experience, too!

As a very seasoned coach, I would love to store files for individual clients in their unique portal. That said, Paperbell is always improving the experience with the customer top of mind. I look forward to growing with the product!

I really love how responsive they are to concerns and suggestions. I was trying it out after switching from another platform and the things that made me commit was how responsive they were to concerns. They even improved one of my major pet peeves. I feel like they "get me" as a coach

I would like it a little but more personalization as to how my individual site looks but I'm sure they will work on that.

They solved the problem of having my clients pay with PayPal or credit card which was huge. They solved the problem of having my documents included with my packages so I am not sending a ton of email attachments. They made it really easy to have a group coaching program that also included a one-on-one appointment.

I love how Paperbell automates and integrates everything I need to operate my coaching business.  Once I set it up, I've been able to let it work for me. I used to use 5 separate systems for scheduling, invoicing, contracts, surveys and client communications. Now all of those things happen automatically within the Paperbell platform. I also love the flexibility to create different package types and keep it as general or custom as I need to. And the customer service is fantastic.

I can't think of anything I dislike so far.

As above, Paperbell has helped me to simplify my business operations. And I have way more time to spend on other things. It has also saved me money as I don't have to pay for 5 separate systems!
