I spoke with our liaison several times and he addressed many of our technical questions. We are not familair with the technical aspects of email deliverability issues, and he took the time to explain the nomenclature. **What do you dislike about MailMonitor?** I did not encounter any downsides of using their services. Due to our budget, we could not take advantage of their most powerful features, but this was not necessary for the scope of our project. **What problems is MailMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in a very competitive market which relies on our stakeholders and customers reliably getting our emails, otherwise we could not sustain our oruganization. Mailmonitor is solving this issue and ensuring that we can continue to compete in our nonprofit space. There are many competing organizations which communicate with the same audiences and also share our stakehodlers, so it si imeprative that we be able to get our emails to both. ### 2. I initially thought it was difficult to use, but realized it was a gamechanger all-around! **What do you dislike about MailMonitor?** It was initially a bit confusing, but I realized I just did not have product expertise! **What problems is MailMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's been great to reduce the amount of spam risk that I am receive - it's great! ### 3. Most of the other similar products seemed very overpriced for the size of your agency. With MailMonitor we found the software that really improved our email campaigns deliverability and for a very reasonable cost. **What do you dislike about MailMonitor?** No cons so far! Awesome customer service, very understandable functionality of the monitoring reports and the deliverability assessment personalised service is just great for beginners in the matter. **Recommendations to others considering MailMonitor:** Most of the Email Marketers not necessarily focus on the technical side of the reasons why their campaigns are not delivering as they would like to. MailMonitor is solving these issues for a quite reasonable cost, making each email campaign more effective and supporting business growth. Having a good domain and IP reputation is a key for achieving a good deliverability. **What problems is MailMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email deliverability and Campaigns optimization and effectiveness. Spam scores for our email campaigns. Blocklist monitoring avoiding being blocklisted. More happy customers for us :) ### 5. It shows us before sending if our emails will not reach the inbox, and they will reach in the spam folder. It gives us ways to modify the emails to make sure they get delivered in the inbox for our target audience to see them and trust them. It allows us to test the system and track the emails too before proceeding with real experience. It was even easy to integrate it with our campaign management software. **What do you dislike about MailMonitor?** Mailmonitor does not provide critical insights at the right time on delivery of our email campaigns making information to sometimes collide thereby making data difficult to trace. **Recommendations to others considering MailMonitor:** Its unique ability to make our campaigns not to be labeled as spam makes us have more positive results from our campaigns and it is worth the try for other companies. **What problems is MailMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We deliver more emails including campaigns to the inbox of our targets now than before as most of our campaigns reached spam folders. ### 6.
