We came with different use cases and problem statements. At every junction, Intelliticks guided us either with their suite of feautures or customised features for our needs They take customer service seriously ensuring great response time. I always receive response within few mins and account management is right upto my expectations **What do you dislike about IntelliTicks?** There isn't anything. They always manage to get things done. I haven't experience any technical or non technical issues with them. Started working in May 2019 and within no time our chat bot was live. **Recommendations to others considering IntelliTicks:** Great product, great team. If you require smooth customer service or lead generator or lead converter tool then do try Intelliticks **What problems is IntelliTicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer service queries with my ecommerce website i.e. the consumers who land on my ecommerce website are guided about functionality of products as well as any other query related to dispatch, benefits, ingredients etc Secondly, all traffic acquired on website is converted into Leads by taking appropriate contact details Thirdly, Leads are converted into orders via smooth integration of payment gateways, order flow and courier partners ### 5.
