Also the technical support is fast and helpful. **What do you dislike about CoachRx?** I have no dislikes, but one possible improvement :) To get to amplify with one button a training session day. Easier for my eye to read with the "day" setting but also I like to move again to "month or week" setting to check the training sessions as a whole :) **What problems is CoachRx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tha communication with my clients, the notes for the consultations, the dates of the consultations, the metrics and assessments data. From on-boarding, payments, assessment, communication and program design, all that is covered in a very user friendly platform that is constantly being improved by and for real life coaches. I use it everyday and my clients love it and the ability it gives them to easily see their progress and prescriptions **What do you dislike about CoachRx?** Any issues with CoachRX are addressed in a timely manner. If you have any concerns, that concern will be handle in a matter of hours by a real life support staff. **What problems is CoachRx solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoachRX allows me to coach in a way that is in line with my values and principles and streamlines the process of program design, which can be at times daughting but with it's implementation of OPEX principles, it makes the process seamless. ### 3. I would really enjoy some other features to really make CoachRx the only app we use, but I believe that is on the process as they are always adding more value and features. **What problems is CoachRx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem it is solving is not having to have multiple apps and platforms for the necessary parts of running our business. We are able to streamline our process which our staff and clients really enjoy. It also adds a great amount of professionalism to our services and business. ### 4. It makes the life of the coach much simpler and new features are added regularly. The support is also really quick to answer. **What do you dislike about CoachRx?** There is no keyboard shortcuts for windows user yet. So it can take a little more clicks to get the job done but you get used to it pretty quickly. **What problems is CoachRx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The remote barrier to coaching a client effectively becomes less and less noticed.
