We receive a lot of emails tied to user comments on our shipments, and it can take a significant amount of time to sort through them. They’re currently working on an enhancement that will let us view those comments more easily within the platform, so we can eventually turn off the email notifications. The efficiency of getting a shipment set up by going to the archive and duplicating a past shipment that is similar to the new one being created. This option is no longer available.
