I like Auctria for its incredible ease of use and hassle-free setup. It was really easy to use consistently year after year, which is such a relief. I also find the reporting features really straightforward and useful. What really stood out is how seamlessly everything worked, especially not having to manually track what items were sold. These aspects make managing online auctions for fundraisers so much more efficient.

I find Auctria solved tracking items sold, was easy to set up, and provided simple year-to-year use with easy reporting.

I love how intuitive Auctria is, making it an incredibly user-friendly tool for managing silent auctions. The platform makes it super easy to access a wealth of information, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Auctria is remarkably straightforward, adding to its overall ease of use. I find all aspects of Auctria to be great, with no notable drawbacks, highlighting the product’s ability to meet all my auction management needs effectively.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

Once you get used to it, it's quite customizable and can handle the full breadth of activities associated with fundraising events. It also has an export format designed for use with Little Green Light, which can make post-event gift import that much easier. The built-in reporting is quite useful, and the bulk edit tools enable organizations to make global changes if they have decided to reorganize an element of the event. Documentation is reasonably thorough, and training videos are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Website and email editors are a bit clunky, especially if you're going for a highly customized look. It's also quite annoying that, every time you add an item category, it gets added to the navigation bar on your public site automatically. If you're not ready for your auction items to be visible - or don't want your navigation bar to behave that way - you have to manually hide the link immediately. I do wish there were a bit more customization available for event registrations, such as custom fields during participant registration/account update.
I also wish it were possible to schedule emails and texts for night-of communications so we didn't have to assign someone to push "go".

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

We have used Auctria for 5 years now for our annual auction fundraiser and it does the job well.
-Staff are very responsive and very helpful - I have truly been most impressed by this.  Weekends, evenings, I get a response fairly quickly and it is almost always helpful and solves my issue.
-Software is fairly user friendly (I'd give it a 4 out of 5); there's a bit of a learning curve but there are lots of user guides or a response from staff usually comes within minutes of asking.
-Online auction platform is very easy for our school community to use, many of which are not overly technically literate.  In a survey we conducted last year, almost everyone said Auctria was very easy to use.
-I can batch upload items and pictures and they have great reports, all of which save me many many hours

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

- There's a few minor things I would have liked added such as the ability to add notes to the bidder statements we use after the auction (e.g. person A is picking up person B's items) and the ability to sort the items by closing time (we stagger the closing time of all of our items but there's no way to have a separate tab where they can be sorted in this manner).  Both of these items I mentioned to the staff and they said they would forward to the product development team.

As a medium sized school with parent volunteers running the fundraiser, we need software that can easily run our online auction without taking a lot of volunteer time and also being easy to use by our school community in general.

A few times during our event Auctria stopped processing credit cards, which caused a slowdown in the flow of the line. We don't think this was an internet issue, since we were still able to check people in and out. Required a restart, so that was frustrating in the moment but solveable

Streamlining the auction process and also helping to keep track of the overall funds that we made during our large auction event.

This was so easy to use and I loved all the different options available to allow us to make an auction website that was specific to our needs. 
The website was very user friendly and did not take long to set up. I would definitely use this in the future for any other events that would need an online auction.

I wouldn't really say there was anything that I disliked! I didn't run into any issues or complications, I am very happy with this website!

An easy to use website for online auctions, I was worried with how I would be able to handle the set up of the auction but this website is very user friendly!

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

We have used Auctria since 2016 - it continues to be the best way we've found to organize donors, bidders, and auction items for our small church's annual auction. In 2021, we had an all-online auction, and began to use the online auction tools on Auctria to great effect.  People had so much fun using it that we have incorporated the online auction each year since.  It's easy to set up, and saves our auction team a huge amount of work setting up a silent auction in person on the night of our live auction.  Our auction night includes an online auction during the week prior to the night, a mini-silent auction in person, a gift card pull, sign-up parties, and a live auction. Auctria makes it easy to add all of these different items and categorize them in a way that makes sense.  The registered credit card option finally eliminated the terrible checkout line overload at the end of the evening, which was a problem we'd tried to eliminate for years.  Each year we find new ways that Auctria can help us streamline our efforts.  Additionally, customer service at Auctria is stellar.  There is an in-program chat, and they also have webinars focussed on various topics.  Auctria is truly a boon to us and at this point we couldn't imagine holding an auction without it.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

It is sometimes difficult to search for a help topic, although recently this has become easier, and you can always ask a question in chat if you get stuck.

Auctria makes it easy to load and categorize donors, bidders, and auction items.  The ability to register credit cards solved the long checkout process we had experienced for years.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

Auctria is a super simple program to use from start to finish. From creating an event website to checking guests in day-of, these simple things can be done with a couple clicks of a button. Their support staff is also super helpful and speedy to respond. It was my first year creating an auction website and any question that I had was answered in minutes. 

As a single person setting up our event for the organization, Auctria was super easy to work with!

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Sometimes I would have a hard time with gathering people's information especially when it came to corporate sponsors. This was more on me than Auctria, but better options for required sections of forms would be great. Some of my patrons were also confused by the functions of auctria.

Solves our problem of easy event registration and addiction creation.

I like the helpfulness of the staff.  They are so patient and talented.  Auctria has helped both of my Clubs fundraiser income grow.  People enjoy the ease of use.  They give the biggest bang for your buck.The program is very user friendly.

It takes time to enter items and pictures if you want the professional look.I suggest to get in items as soon as possible.

Auctria is quite easy to use, and their customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. My non-profit organization has used Auctria now for two online auctions and two Giving Tuesday campaigns; the interface is easy and attractive for users, and it's easy to generate reports.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Some of the backend setup isn't always intuitive. As an admin, you need to triple check that the settings for different aspects of the auction (ie, items for bidding and for-sale items) are aligned.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During COVID we needed to transition to online auctions for fundraising. It was such a success that even though it's possible to have in person events, we have continued to use Auctria for online auctions. We have also (because of an invitation to an Auctria seminar) begun to use it for Giving Tuesday, with excellent results.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

I worked my entire career in Information Technology, oftentimes implementing software, and Auctria is, by far, the most complete software solution I have ever seen.  The software is intuitive, training is available regularly, the user guide is excellent, and the Help Desk is incredibly responsive.  If you need an easy-to-use solution for your auction, Auctria should be your go-to solution.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

The only thing I can thing to change is to make the Excel downloads use a newer version.  But perhaps that was a problem with the computer I was on rather than Auctria, not sure.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run an annual auction as a fund-raiser for our church, and use volunteers to handle the software entry.  This was my first year using the software and I had no problem learning it.  This really helped me do reports for our auction committee and promote the auction more easily by knowing who had or had not registered.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

We are a small nonprofit organization that was planning our first (and only) gala! We had used other mobile bidding software the best and were looking for something that would give us a little more bang for our buck. When we stumbled across Auctria, we were thrilled about their pricing. As a small nonprofit, the budget for the software wasn't huge, and auctria fit into it perfectly! We were excited about all the features available! We ended purchasing the "Launch" package, which gave us two auctria employees who worked with us to set everything up. They created our website and would help us with basically everything! It also comes with calls with your Auctria team so they can talk you through the auction setup process! 
Overall, Auctria is a wonderful option for organizations looking to save money and still have an amazing event!

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

The package we purchased came with three calls with our auctria team to discuss any questions, comments and concerns you had. I do wish that they were all a little longer. The first meeting is 45, the second is 15, and the last session is 45; however, when you are planning a big event and using software you aren't familiar with, many questions come up, and the time runs out quickly. 
On top of the call, you can email your team any questions at any time, but some issues are difficult to understand over email.

We needed help creating an auction on a budget, and auctria fulfilled those needs! With the use of Auctria, we were able to create a beautiful and pleasing website to display our auction items. Because of the easy user access, we exceeded our fundraising goal!!

The bidder experience encouraged competitive bidding and excitement. AND the notifications of being outbid, so you can bid again! So much easier than others we looked at.

I cannot think of a single issue. They have excellent training videos, customer service. It's so much fun to bid on items, friends compete on a nice manner, it's FUN!

We solved many issues with billing, storage of images, building web pages, and others. We benefitted by saving time and generating more interest and income thru an easy to use website!

We just switched to Auctria this year and held our first event two weeks ago. The process was smooth, and the platform was easy to learn and user-friendly. We paid for additional help prior to the event, and really appreciated the extra support.saw

We haven't found anything about Auctria that we dislike. Any issues we had were quickly resolved with the support of customer service representatives. We had a few minor hitches but nothing that really impacted our success.

We were looking for an event management platform that offered more options and was user-friendly. We felt that Auctria's customer support was superior. Also, event registration and check-in were much faster, and overall, the cost was equitable for the services we received. We were very happy and plan to continue to use Auctria.

The low cost of the software is the best and easiest thing to promote about the Auctria software. The ease of usability is on par with or above a lot of the auction software we use, so that is very nice.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

The lack of immediate customer service unless you elect to pay for a higher level of package support is my least favorite thing about the software. It's not a deal breaker, just something to note.

Helping the non-profit clients that we work with that have never used an auction software get up and running with an inexpensive software that is easy to learn and use right away.

Re: Support, correct email and chat are our primary forms, when using this the support team can easily see the event details and make quick and precise replies. You can add on Assist or Launch for additional level up service.

We like the flexibilty of using online auctions or using paper, The system can accomodate both.

Checking people out is not as smooth and streamline as it should be. It seems to require a couple of steps that take a bit longer.

It allows us to aggregate billing for customers quickly. It tracks our financial performance quickly as well

There are so many ways to do check out with Auctria. Our suggested method is to email statements --> bidders/supporters can click the payment button --> then use Apple Pay or Google pay from their phone. If they don't have a digital wallet they can of course provide credit cad details securely. This is the absolutely fastest with little admin intervention needed. Other options include pre-registering card and having them on file, then you can batch check out. For those that want to help with a traditional or more check out we are streamlining that again right now. For your next event check out the updates.

I've used Auctria for 2 years now and when compared to other auction software, Auctria has the full functionality that I am looking for even when comparing it by price with other similar software. It offers a clean and sleek look right off the bat which helped transition a paper and pen silent auction to an online version seamlessly to be used with our bidders that may not be tech savvy. I like that it has no ads, I can fully customize our website, the admin screen has access to all the functions I'm looking to do, and I'm still discovering features that help make my job easier, like the email/communication manager. 

Support staff responded quickly via email and that helped!

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

I often would see the Admin page on my phone as I'm out and about, and I find it harder to click on certain pages in the mobile version of the admin page as there is a floating menu on top of the page that prevents you from clicking on the links underneath the menu, but as a workaround I can type into the search box and access bidder/items/donor info as the search box is in that top floating menu.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auctria has helped me go from a pen and paper silent auction to an online version which has helped increase our sales! Being able to batch import the item list and images is a major timesaver.

Auctria makes fundraising for a small event quick and easy. Being able to customize the URL helps bidders recognize the Cause right up front.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Specialized items can be very finnicky, and it is hard for Donors to indicate settings like Consignment and Multiple Winners - this had to be done by an Admin after the item was already created. One of our donors gave 10 of the same item, so the starting bid should have remained the same until the 11th bidder. Due to user error, we hadn't configured it properly for 10 winners and didn't realize that until the auction was almost over. Another donor had meant to set a reserve price, and were upset when the item sold successfully without reaching that price.

All the elements of a charity auction are accounted for, from Live items to Lottery items, etc. Being able to print Bid Sheets will be useful in the future as we transition out of Covid to live events.

Having a free service option available and having software that does get easier the more we worked with it. I also really enjoyed having the YouTube trainings available. I think even more trainings would be very useful and to make the training screen bigger for easier viewing of the training.

Customer service is very difficult to reach. I would like to see it become easier for us to online chat or call for support. That became a problem and the video training does always provide the specific answers to our questions. Sometimes questions are a bit nuanced, but no one was available to support us due to having the free service. We would have PAID for the help!

**Recommendations to others considering Auctria:**

Like with any new software, this takes diligence to learn. Be sure you have the time to review their many YouTube videos, which are most helpful. I recommend this company.

Allowing us a way to track our auction items and accept ticket sales online was very helpful and it became much easier as we spent more time learning the online system.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

We are thrilled with Auctria. It is very easy to use, which is surprising considering how rich it is in functionality. Aside from the auction, which I will mention below, our event included ticketing for our gala, online and live registration, the sale of numerous fund-raising items, sponsorships, tracking and acknowledging donors, recording contributions, handing all payment refunds, and reporting, and our promotion using via automatically generated event website.  

In addition, we conducted a live auction in Auctria that allowed our guests to bid online as well in person. We used kiosk capabilities at the event for the display, recording and tracking of all bidding. Much of our membership is older and are leery of computers yet they had absolutely no problem with the kiosks. The younger audience loved using their cell phones and the Auctria app to track/update their bids from the comfort of their table.   

We also relied very heavily on the integrated communication features to easily email guests, donors, and sponsors event details. 
Two other things I will mention briefly. 
The supporting event website generated by Auctria is truly amazing. Simple to use and yet packed with customization options. The fact that it is so tightly integrated with the event backend dashboard made it so easy to add donations and sponsors and have them immediately appear on the on our site.  
Support was also outstanding. There was a wealth of tutorials, webinars, and documentation to answer questions and inspire new event ideas. On those few occasions where we could not find an answer ourselves, the support staff was quick to get back to us with help.

We are a small non-profit that depends heavily on volunteers. We managed to do all above in Auctria using essentially two people.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Nothing comes to mind. There are features and options yet to be explored.

**Recommendations to others considering Auctria:**

Try their demo site and visit a few of their customer's websites. Also, watch Auctria's prerecorded webinars. They are very beneficial.

The interface is great for both user and creater.  It is easy to use and looks very professional for users. The customer service is EXCELLENT.  Someone is always willing to answer a question or point us in the right direction.

The homepage doesn't allow for much creativity; it is very boxy and looks clunky.  There isn't a workaround, even when I had a web designer on our team. Considering the great aesthetics of the rest of the site, I find this landing page to be an eyesore and wish there was more room giving it much better "curb appeal."

**Recommendations to others considering Auctria:**

I love the pricing. It isn't based on earnings, which is huge for a small organization.  Using Auctria has definitely taken us to the next level in fundraising; our last two years (our first years with Auctria) we have raised almost double what was made in previous years.  The program looks professional make therefore makes US look professional and not  like a group of volunteers at a small elementary school (which we are).  We week after our event I attended another gala where the group had hired people to be onsite for check-in and manage the auction; ours had looked WAY better and was likely a fraction of the cost.

I have had the interface for two years now.  Our first year we were trying to fit a square peg in a round hole as we looked for a program that fit our group's needs, but we were extremely happy with the outcome.  Using it for a second year, I am continually amazed at how powerful it is. I am constantly finding new needs for it and starting to adapt our group's event based on the capabilities of Auctria. We've used it mostly for an online auction, but I've learned how to sell items, tickets, and fund items via donations.  I hope to use it for creating tables for an in-person event next year.

Auctria has some of the easiest setup features we have used. There are a couple of things that we do different on our Wordpress site that isn't yet available for Auctria, but their support is readily available to help us convert our specific products to their format. The reporting is wonderful. We have used Auctria for the last 2 gala's and we have doubled our profit each year and get compliments from our end users about how easy it is to use and bid on items.

The themes available for the website look and feel are very blocky and restrictive. I wish their themes had a little more oomph and ability to add left/right rails similar to other sites. However, this is a low priority to all of the auction features it has.

We went from an in-person event to now an online event and auction. We have had problems with our 3rd party vendors, but never Auctria. We have even received support off-hours within an hour.

The communication functions allow custom emails to be sent to bidders when specific events occur. 
The dashboard is a great way to get the big picture quickly and track progress towards fund raising goals.

Auctria's support is fully on-line. Their response is quick and they have solved all our problems, fully.

When placing a manual order (the bidder is not buying through the website), the system does not automatically send a receipt when the order is paid for.
 If the bidder orders on-line, a receipt is automatically sent.  I've requested an enhancement.

I loved the website and how bidders could interact and easily see the auction items. I had multiple donors tell me how much easier this platform was than other auction websites they had used for other charities....and I know those other charities paid more for those platforms!

One thing I disliked about Auctria was the navigation for reports. I'm not sure if this is a fixable issue, but there are SO MANY different options for reports and how to get to the correct one! Sometimes I forgot which report I was looking for, and ended up clicking through a few before finding the correct one.

A huge problem that was solved was accessibility! Everyone was easily able to navigate the cite, donate, and even view our embedded livestream within the website.

The intuitive system is easy to learn and can have different people in different roles at the same time. The Auctria guide and videos were lifesavers for me and my team.

The views for items are limited and it's like viewing a spreadsheet. I wish I could see all my items the way they are displayed on the website, but in greater detail in the main item area. No easy way to give a cash credit to an account. I would like to see more of a breakdown in financial reports regarding average per person expenditure, per person profit. The system should create  a stop gap for people registering as bidders more than once.

We easily tracked our expenses, profits, and sponsors. I love the ability to email donors, sponsors and purchasers their receipts. This saved us hours and hours.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

Auctria is affordable for our small non-profit. The help and how-to articles are clearly written and accessible. The support team is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

The registration and checkout experience for bidders has been confusing for some.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auctria has allowed us to continue our engagement and fundraising in a format that protects the health of the medically vulnerable in our community.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

The user interface is very easy to use. I appreciated that we could customize the website to match our event theme. Both the app and the website were also easy for donors to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

There is only one option for processing credit cards (Stripe), which is fine but we had to create an account through Stripe in order to use Auctria.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since our non-profit was not able to host an in-person auction as we've done in the past, doing the online auction was a huge help for our fundraising needs this fiscal year. In fact, we will continue to do online auctions instead of in-person because Auctria is such an amazing tool.

Easy to access, pictures worked great, it tracked each bid.

Wish it could connect to  our online giving platform rather than setting up a different one.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

The amount of features Auctria has to run an online auction is very useful. The ability to receive final reports and include all sponsorships and purchases in one place helped us out a lot. I think there are many features we didn't get the chance to use, but would be helpful to others. While we were confused often using the software, customer support was always a great and quick help.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

Because of all the features, it was complicated to use at times. There are also some areas of the software that we found underdeveloped. For instance, we had our items classified as silent auction items, which apparently meant no e-mails went out to the winning bidders, which really impacted our auction. It should have either been very clear at the creation of the auction that this would happen or be fixable. We were often frustrated with the limitations of the e-mail section of the site and also received comments that the website design from Auctria looked "terrible".

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a silent auction every year, but with COVID-19 we were unable to do it in person this year. Auctria provided a great way to run an auction safely and virtually. One benefit we saw was the ability for the whole community to participate instead of only those who could attend in person. There is a ton of benefits in the reports department- Auctria provides a lot of administration tools for the auction that saved us manpower.

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

I had a great experience with Auctria - it made the auction I chaired easy to manage. All of the items I needed were right there, from reports, finances, items and printing tools. I also had a good experience with the chat feature to get questions answered quickly and clearly. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

I wish I had access to phone support, but realize that not all levels have access to it. The chat feature did come in handy, but at times I wish I'd been able to pick up the phone!

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I did not have to use any other software or products to put together an auction. All the printing I needed was right there, as well as the credit card processing and online listings!

**What do you like best about Auctria?**

This program makes your event flow from top to bottom, easy to go from entering items to making bidder sheets then using the online bidder feature.

**What do you dislike about Auctria?**

I wish it were a little easier for those volunteers that are just helping the night of the event. Almost having a mode that takes the stuff away that they don't need and gives the check-in, sales, bidding info. Also, a check-in icon for those that are helping run check-in as it takes a moment to find it hiding under bidders.

**What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of check out! Information collection and reporting are outstanding. We started using this for just check-in and bidder sheets; we are now using it from ticket sales to thank yous!
