It's especially inspiring to know that our software is supporting your journey to becoming an electrician. Making self-education more accessible is something we genuinely care about, and we're glad 4K Video Downloader Plus helps you study offline at your own pace.

We appreciate your feedback about the daily download limit in the free version. Regarding supported websites: the app works with a specific list of platforms, and you can always check the current supported sites here: https://www.4kdownload.com/faq/faq-what-sites-are-supported. We also appreciate your suggestion to expand support to more websites and will pass it on to the team.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad you enjoy how easy it is to download multiple songs and videos at once.

We understand that occasional download issues can be frustrating. Our app’s performance depends on the platforms we download from, and when those sites make changes on their side, downloading may temporarily stop working. Our team monitors these changes closely and releases fixes in updated versions as quickly as possible.

To always have the latest fixes without any extra steps, we recommend enabling automatic updates in the app settings. This way, new versions will be installed automatically as soon as they’re available. And of course, your reports are always welcome and help us react even faster: https://www.4kdownload.com/contacts

Thanks for the review - happy to hear the app’s working well for you!

The license key is needed to activate the paid features. In the paid version you can also sign in, which enables more advanced options (depending on availability), including downloading not only public videos but also private content you have access to, plus playlists, subtitles, and more.

If installation feels unusually slow, please contact us here with your OS and installer details: https://www.4kdownload.com/contacts - we’ll be happy to help!

Hi Dwayne,

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback!

We’re glad to hear you find 4K Video Downloader+ easy to use, and that the clipboard link detection saves you time.

We appreciate your note about updates as well. We understand that update prompts can be distracting. If you don’t want to receive automatic updates, you can disable them in Preferences → General. At the same time, please note that we display update notifications frequently as a necessary measure—YouTube changes very often, and we need to adapt quickly to keep downloads working. For that reason, we generally don’t recommend disabling update notifications, so you can stay on the latest version and maintain compatibility.
