CAN EXTERNAL USERS APPROVE DOCUMENT REVIEW WITHOUT PURCHASING A LICENSE?

If you use the Collavate Business/Team plan, you can request document approval from an external domain user, and the recipient can receive the approval document via e-mail and view and approve/reject the document without logging in or purchasing an additional license.
