I want to know if Zoom can be a good candidate for online meetings

I had video backgrounds initially. One day I logged in and they were no longer in my photo queue. I tried to upload my own and, no matter what the file size, the files are dimmed out (unable to upload). What gives?

How do you mute all members in the meeting

When I want to share my scheduled meeting link or the link of the meeting I've hosted. On the share option, I don't get the option of WhatsApp, there are every other apps in the list which aren't even of any use but not WhatsApp. Why?

On camera settings you select virtual backgrounds, there you have the option for selecting a default video or image. But you can add a custom Image or video.

Often times during a meeting my video freezes and I am unable to correct this problem without ending the meeting and restarting it. All of my software and video drivers are up to date.

Is there a comprehensive guide somewhere to help you build an add-on to Zoom. For example, if you wanted to use Zoom to manage a web-based card game, you'd want Zoom to share the card "table". Are there ways to build add-ons to accomplish that?

I was hoping to see if adding a host to the account would allow two different meetings to be held at the same time. If not, what is the benefit of adding a host to your account? The amount to be paid is the same for a full account.

I wanted to find out if we can record without having to be the host, to use for future reference.

How do I obtain a code for a "Zoom Room"? I'm paying $14.99/month for nothing at this point. I can easily afford it, but it's a waste of money.

Every time I have to reschedule a meeting, I have to first delete it in Outlook (so that everyone who I invited can know of the change), then I log in to Zoom online to make the change, and then I send out a new invite. Is there a faster way to do this?
