Discussioni Find Function

Hi ... New to the ERP world. My company uses Aptean Inuitive ERP and I need to look up sales reports for various items. I try to use the advanced find but can't seem to get all the items to list. I've done a little research but still haven't quite figured out what I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions?
