Worksome has given us assurance and made hiring freelancers an easy process
Worksome has made it a breeze for us to hire freelancers and be safe in the knowledge that we are complying with all the relevant HMRC rules. The platform is very easy to use for both ourselves and new freelancers signing up. It has given us great peace of mind since the IR35 rules were widen that we are not going to fall foul of the taxman. We regularly set up new hires and the platform makes it easy to determine weather a hire is inside or outside of IR35. Information is readily available on all previous hires and the system is speedy to navigate. The support is always quick to reply and gives great help any time it is needed - weather that is for ourselves querying a situation or for freelancers wanting to understand specific details.
