I think Weglot has excellent customer support. They respond fairly quickly, kindly, and knowledgeably. I like that Weglot is generally easy to use, and the translations are generally very good. It's easy to edit the translations using their visual editor and the translation list. It's also worth noting that while setup wasn't super easy a few years ago, it's gotten easier over time, especially because of the Squarespace integration. Weglot has become more intuitive now.

The visual editor is really helpful because it lets me edit translations directly on the live website. That makes it much easier to understand the context and fine-tune the text more accurately. The integrations are straightforward and work well with existing setups.
