I like the ease of use for reviewers in Relativity, as it makes it simple for them to review documents and set up a review queue. Logging in and searching through documents is also really easy. I also appreciate the customizability, where I can change fields and tags to suit different clients.

Everything works well. No issues for the most part. The AI innovates are great and somewhat functional (e.g. yes we are AA/beta-testers) but at least its workable/useable. The UI needs to be faster/easier to use though, especially re actual review of documents + aiR Case Strat (esp the latter). Performance is a huge grip. It needs to be much much much faster. I get it, searching 500k docs takes time, but Nuix is faster! Same with review and coding panels (always having issues)

I find Relativity user-friendly and intuitive. The website layout and search function make it easy to use. I also appreciate the helpful resources that are available when I'm confused. Additionally, the DBR function is very effective in helping us find PII quickly.
