Qooper was my first experience using a mentoring platform. I didn’t have any prior mentoring experience, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and seamless the matching process was when I was paired with my mentor. What I found especially helpful was that if I didn’t get matched with the right mentor at first, I could always reach out to someone, and they would do their best to connect me with a mentor better suited to my needs. I also really liked the powerpoints that would help someone like me with no prior mentoring experience to prepare my best for upcoming sessions.
