I love this platform for its user friendly Interface and easy onboarding process. This platform allows efficient sharing of documents while also getting the analytics on the documents. Looking at the analytics and feedback of the documents, we can change the way how the presentation and the content of the document should be change for maximum communication efficiency. The changes in the documents does not change the link which avoids sender to send a renewed link again. Lead can also be generated by this platform allowing sender to know who opened the file and how much content was seen from the documents. Branding can also be pushed with this platform. I feel that the pricing of this platform is moderate for this platform. The Calendbook allows scheduling more easy in this platform. The security of this platform is trustworthy providing access control over the files ensuring the right person sees it. This also provides more accountability while using this platform.

Secondo me, una delle cose più importanti è la capacità di aggiornare un file senza cambiare il link. Se trovi un errore di battitura o aggiorni i tuoi prezzi, puoi sostituire il documento nel backend, e il link originale che hai inviato a 50 persone mostrerà automaticamente la nuova versione. Questo mi piace molto.

Strumento meraviglioso per i documenti. Posso vedere chi ha avuto accesso al mio documento, quanto tempo ci ha passato e molto altro.
