iTasks is a task tracker that lives inside Telegram as a Mini App. Teams manage tasks, projects, customer requests and AI agents without installing another app or creating new accounts. Tasks and projects: lists, kanban board and task trees with subtasks, priorities, tags, checklists, deadlines, reminders and recurring tasks. Assign teammates, discuss tasks with @mentions and attachments, invite people with a link. Voice AI: dictate a task and built-in AI prepares the title, description and due date. HelpDesk: connect your own Telegram bot as a support channel. Customer messages land in a shared inbox and turn into tasks. AI agents: connect Codex, Claude, Gemini CLI or any MCP / OpenAPI-compatible agent to create and update tasks on your behalf, with your permissions only. Operations: sprints and backlog, approval workflows with custom statuses, time tracking with payment reports and per-project rates, activity history. Telegram Mini App on any device plus an Android app on Google Play. 11 interface languages, including Arabic and Persian. Free for teams of up to 3 people; PRO from $9.99/month adds up to 50 members, unlimited projects, AI agents and report export.
