Whether they are advising on long-term roadmaps for tools like Clay or jumping into the trenches to fix a HubSpot-Salesforce sync error, they bring a level of expertise that allows us to stay lean without sacrificing operational depth. They have a knack for simplifying complex GTM problems and turning them into measurable, clean processes that actually scale. A standout highlight has been working with Joy Martinez, who is a phenomenal project leader. Her mastery of organization kept us focused and grounded, and her ability to navigate complex roadmap discussions made every meeting both productive and enjoyable. It truly feels like having an elite, full-time leader embedded in our team.

They’re very structured and reliable, and they put a lot of care into documenting not just what was done, but why. That’s been super helpful for us long term. They’re also proactive about recommending what we should be doing to set ourselves up for future success, not just executing tasks. Brian Morris has been great to work with. He’s responsive, easy to work with, and quick to jump in when we need something. He’s also realistic about what will actually be beneficial for our business and works within our constraints. It really feels like they’re both a strategic and executional partner.
