ComplyCare is a cloud-based operational and compliance software platform designed specifically for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and post-acute care organizations. The platform replaces manual tracking systems with automated, role-based workflows to manage daily facility operations. Available via desktop and native mobile applications (iOS and Android), ComplyCare allows clinical and ancillary staff to log task completion, capture e-signatures, and clear assigned workflows directly from the floor. ComplyCare integrates directly with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, including PointClickCare. This integration synchronizes live census data, patient directories, and demographic information to eliminate duplicate data entry. Every completed workflow and captured signature within ComplyCare is automatically timestamped, generating immutable audit logs to support evidence collection for state and CMS surveys.
