The promotional products industry generates over $26 billion in annual revenue in the United States alone, yet much of it still runs on email-based ordering, spreadsheet inventory tracking, and fragmented fulfillment workflows. Distributors carry inventory risk, decorators rely on unpredictable order volumes, and end customers wait weeks for products that could be produced on demand. Brikl was founded to fix this. Maarten Boone first entered the custom products space in 2017, building a 2D-3D product configurator for the industry. By 2019, the vision had grown into something larger: a purpose-built e-commerce platform for B2B promotional products, with on-demand fulfillment integrated directly into the platform, so distributors would never need to hold inventory again. The company relocated from London to Belgium and the US, and brikl.com was born. Today, Brikl connects distributors, decorators, and suppliers in a single automated workflow, handling everything from storefront creation to order routing to fulfillment. We integrate with 12 fulfillment providers including Taylor OnDemand, Printful, and FulfillEngine, support 17 currencies for global operations, and offer unlimited branded stores on a simple 3.5% per-transaction model. Our customers include some of the industry's most recognized names. The Vernon Company and Kaeser & Blair, both Counselor Top 40 distributors, have launched on-demand programs on Brikl. We are an active PPAI member (#803362), an annual PPAI Expo exhibitor, and maintain offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Lubbeek, Belgium to serve distributors across North America and Europe. We believe distributors should launch stores in minutes, not months. Decorators should receive work automatically, not chase leads. And the entire promotional products supply chain should operate without the friction of inventory, manual order entry, and fragmented software. Our goal is to make on-demand the default operating model for the industry.
