Dash Social is an incredibly easy platform to use, and makes everything very intuitive and easy to find. This is especially helpful when training new team members on the platform—the onboarding process has almost been cut in half. I appreciate that it has integrations with almost all of the channels we use, and is helpful in analyzing the performance of our social posts in a variety of ways—especially given the AI integration that helps summarize dashboards if needed. Finally, it was actually a more affordable option than our previous platform, so it's a win-win!

Most of the things I "dislike" about Dash Social are actually just API limitations put on the platform by the social channels themselves. For example, the inability to add Threads to multi-platform reporting dashboards and the inability to change YouTube Shorts thumbnails.

The ability to easily tag and categorize different types of content has been a lifesaver for us. Also, the ability to search posts by keyboard or hashtag—in the past, the only way to find an old post was to scroll through our feeds and hope to reach it. I'm so grateful that is a thing of the past.

From a reporting perspective, we can create custom dashboards and select the metrics we want to track. Social listening is also great as it helps quantify how often our brand is spoken of along with trends in industries and competitors so our team is aware of what campaigns to launch and how certain categories i.e. haircare is doing.

Requires hands-on assistance with the tool and multiple unstructured training sessions (discuss and explore sessions). If there was an asynchronous tutorial or aid within the dashboards and each function it would be helpful for exploring the tool when users who aren't familiar with Dash Social is trying to understand what they could do with each section e.g. visual IQ -> trends

Reporting and ability to build a quick dashboard without manually digging through each section to find the relevant numbers. Executive reporting was required from the social team and this was a component I believe that helped them build out the right visual executives wanted to see.

I love how straightforward and organized the Dash Hudson platform is. I never have too much trouble finding tools I need and I feel like I always learn something new the platform has to offer. It's so helpful and I use it daily at work.

I would love to see more features like Rival IQ in their analytics section. Seeing how much engagement we have or followers we have vs. competitors in a landscape with a bar graph view would be so helpful. I would also love if Pinterest engagement would include engagements from older posts that happen in current months.

The analytics seem a little inaccurate sometimes, especially on TikTok! compared to our other platforms we use like Rival IQ we consistently see differing metrics. Also, now that we've started using Claude AI as a company, i've had trouble figuring out how to properly integrate dash into my workflow. I'd love an MCP!

Quick searching previous posts for performance has made creating performance reports and pulling content examples super easy and seamless! Previously, I would have to search on our Dropbox folder which can be messy and complex, but pulling and downloading content directly from Dash to include in our reports saves a ton of time!

Having used Dash for over 5 years, it is a vital part of my daily toolkit. I couldn't schedule posts, maintain an asset library or pull data from socials without it. I love the AI vision prediction - helping me select assets to post. I love the app, the customer service is fantastic and it's simply SO worth it - especially for a one-woman social team in a large global brand!

Dash Social makes managing our social channels feel fluid and convenient. After being with them for four years, I honestly can’t imagine switching to another platform. Finding content is seamless and straightforward, and I really like that I can schedule across all of our platforms—TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Overall, it keeps my workflow simple and makes day-to-day social management much easier.

I use the scheduling tool daily, which is so helpful for scheduling out content across our Instagram. I'm also easily able to collaborate with other team members to cross-check captions and assets. I also heavily rely on the analytics and campaigns tools, where I can track the performance of various content buckets in a clear, efficient way.

Dash Social has helped tremendously with tracking the performance of my specific social content output. I spend most of my time in the Scheduler and Analytics tabs, and I love that you can copy/crosspost posts almost automatically between all your channels. Also love the preview post tool, this has genuinely been a game-changer, and I use it all the time to figure out the best crops for the images we post. The feed preview tool is helpful as well, but I do have some wishes here. Emma (Squires) is also super helpful and generally awesome.

Can be glitchy with labels not disappearing after the cursor has hovered away. If I've been working in Dash for hours, sometimes it gets stuck saving a post, a crop, or a link, and I have to refresh the page one or a few times to continue working. This just makes things take longer. While I love the crosspost feature, I find I have to use it strategically to actually save time. Like you can't start a crosspost unless you have everything you need for the post to go live, because otherwise you'll have to manually copy and paste everything, as once you save the initial group of posts, they unconnect and you can't click "apply to all posts" to update all posts with any changes you've made. It would be helpful if they stayed connected after that initial save. Same goes for moving these crossposts around--you have to move them individually per channel.

I also think I would use the Feed preview tool more if you could A) 'lock" posts to a date and a time, and move other posts around these and B)  download the feed preview for a set amount of dates as a .jpg or .png to easily share monthly IG plans with leadership. I currently have to use a different third-party tool to plan out monthly grids, which just takes time and can feel duplicative when having to upload everything into Dash and other internal documents.

Managing social media is a lot easier with Dash Hudson because the analytics and AI prediction tool help the team use content that will potentially perform the best. One of my favorite features is its consolidated view of our organic performance across all platforms. It also helps our team organize and schedule content or repurpose content for all our platforms in one place and even preview how the feed will look ahead of time. The platform is super user-friendly and helps the team integrate the platform into our workflow. Our team loves Dash Hudson. We use it every day, whether it is to track or plan posts. It really helps us organize and track the performance of our posts and has streamlined our social media efforts, saving us time. Also, the platform makes it easy to implement and integrate into our team's everyday life through the app, which is a nice feature. Also, the Dash Hudson customer support team couldn't be any better. They are amazing, always telling us about new features, willing to walk us through to show us things, and answering as many questions as we have!

One thing I dislike about Dash Hudson is that it only reports organic content and not the paid efforts that were used on the same post, whether it is a post, story, whitelisting, etc. I want more insights to compare paid vs. organic performance. The paid media dashboards could improve so you can see more campaigns or what is running, just like the organic social side. I wish it also had a tool for managing complete influencer outreach, which would streamline partnerships for us. Even insights on what our market is in our demographics dashboard would help create a brand overview section.

Dash Hudson helps us solve our teams problem of efficiently and being able to utilize all of the organic platforms.  Our team comes across a lot of bottlenecks and dashhudson solves a lot of these for us keeping  organic social in one spot. It also allows us to solve what might work or isn't easier without too much testing through its analytics and AI tools. Even having the content library solves the problem of disorganized assets in different drives.

I like having the ability to have all our accounts on one platform with Dash Social. It allows us to switch from account to account easily, especially since we have over 15 accounts, without having to continuously log in and out. This feature is incredibly helpful to our analytics team, who need to have consistent data across platforms. It's great having all platforms our brands are active on within one area. I also found the initial setup of Dash Social to be easy.

I think the AI and social listening tool can be better. For social listening, we'd like to have some sort of tool that would allow us to catch onto viral moments FAST -- and over email. If something is picking up speed that could damage the brand, it would be great to get some sort of alert so that we can jump on it with either customer service or our own team.

I find there are some data and reporting limitations depending on what tool in the product I am using. More filters and customizations for what metrics we can see would be helpful. Right now, our biggest blocker is not being able to pull data from collab posts that other creators add us to. The UGC boards only show a designated group of metrics, and they're not the ones that we track in our strategy. It makes the boards useless to us.

I like the messaging tools in Dash Social, especially the ability to see sentiment and reply within the app. I also appreciate the dashboard, which allows me to create reports based on the metrics I'm measuring every week. I find Dash Social to be intuitive and comprehensive in terms of analytics, which really sets it apart. The platform is ahead of the curve and innovative, and LikeShop is huge for us as it helps us demonstrate more value from organic traffic to our site while understanding community interests. I appreciate the reporting dashboards that simplify scheduling across all channels for the entire team and pull community sentiment with ease. Benchmark reports are especially valuable as they go beyond just platform data, allowing us to compare performance against competitors, which our stakeholders like. Overall, Dash Social significantly reduces our manual workload, and the account management is amazing.

the reporting is strong and accessible, I like that you can customize dashboards and filter by organic vs. paid. I also like the Boards function and use that a lot for A/b test results, content pillars etc.

I don’t think the AI tech is very strong. The chat isn’t very helpful and doesn’t provide robust information.

Also, the AI vision IQ feature is not user-friendly. It doesn’t give me any clear takeaways, and it doesn’t aggregate creative content well.

The platform itself can be tough to use, especially the reporting and dashboard functionality. A lot of it feels very manual and repetitive. It would help to have more templates, or an easier way to customize reports, rather than continuously having to build and add each metric one at a time. The Calendar function is also frustrating; it often resets or changes while I’m working on it. I’d recommend removing the selection tool and instead allowing people to add specific dates directly, or at least optimizing how it works.

With integrations, it’s frustrating that you can’t separate Organic (no $ spend) from Organic-boosted. I want to be able to see pure organic performance and compare it separately, instead of having organic-boosted tied in with it.

also, i find the community management functionality limiting as currently we can only access the DMs and not comments or other.

Also, the UI/UX overall on the site is very straightforward and easy to pick up on which is super appreciated.

**Cosa Le piace di più di Dash Social?**

Piattaforma molto intuitiva e design meravigliosamente semplice. Amo particolarmente la funzione di Riepilogo AI che ti permette di condensare una pagina enorme di informazioni in un paragrafo. Super utile quando si è di fretta per una riunione per fornire aggiornamenti di alto livello su come stanno andando i social! Amo anche il sistema di classificazione nella Libreria Multimediale. La sua integrazione AI prevede cosa funzionerà e cosa no, aiutandomi a eliminare le congetture dal mio lavoro! :)

Per non parlare del servizio clienti straordinario! Il nostro account manager - Ryan è anche una persona molto divertente con cui chiacchierare e così veloce e dedicato al ruolo! Mi risponde in un istante anche se si trova in un altro fuso orario! Quando stavo presentando Dash Hudson ai leader senior, Ryan mi ha fornito TUTTE le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno, tutti i casi studio e ha fatto di tutto per aiutarmi a chiudere l'accordo con il nostro team :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stelle su tutta la linea!

L'unica cosa sarebbe il servizio clienti sulla piattaforma. Quando usavo Brandwatch, il rappresentante del servizio clienti con cui chattavo era anche uno specialista del prodotto e poteva fornire supporto tecnico immediato. Da Dash Hudson, parli con un rappresentante del servizio clienti che deve collegarsi con il team di prodotto, quindi ci vuole un po' più di tempo.

Molto più veloce! Adoro il fatto di poter letteralmente usare la Libreria Multimediale come mio archivio per i contenuti e per pianificare i miei feed direttamente sulla piattaforma. Non ho bisogno di altri strumenti ora che ho Dash Hudson ed è così tanto più veloce!

Mi piace la facilità di programmare i contenuti e lo strumento del calendario. Mi piace anche molto la funzionalità delle campagne per tenere traccia delle metriche per progetti/periodi di tempo specifici.

**Cosa non Le piace di Dash Social?**

Vorrei che ci fosse un modo per combinare tutti i nostri account in uno solo per guardare le analisi in modo olistico. Inoltre, non mi piace che possiamo ordinare i reel per numero totale di visualizzazioni. I clic sono considerati come interazioni su Facebook, il che non è ideale. Se ci fosse un modo per filtrarlo all'interno dello strumento, sarebbe fantastico.

Ci aiuta a mantenere tutto il nostro contenuto organizzato e programmato in anticipo. La funzionalità di autopost ci rende più facile gestire il nostro tempo. Mi piace anche che possiamo visualizzare facilmente le analisi sulla piattaforma.

Tutti i diversi modi per utilizzare la piattaforma! Adoro che si possano gestire tutti i canali e i diversi aspetti del marketing sui social media tutto in un unico strumento. Lo usiamo spesso per controllare le analisi e programmare. Sono rapidi nell'offrire supporto e sempre flessibili per aiutare te e la tua azienda a avere successo. La facilità d'uso e l'aspetto pulito del programma lo rendono una scelta ovvia.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà ad integrare i nostri annunci meta con Dash Hudson.

Dash Hudson sta diventando il nostro strumento tutto in uno per la gestione dei social media, l'analisi dei social media e i contenuti generati dagli utenti. È bello avere tutte queste funzionalità sotto un unico strumento per il nostro team da monitorare. La facilità di pubblicazione su più piattaforme è un grande vantaggio per noi!
