Custom Profiler The inbuilt role profiling tool enables companies to create bespoke profiles defining the capabilities required for high performance in specific roles in their unique environment. Many AbilityMap customers also define their company’s DNA to reflect their company’s values and culture, which serves as a secondary lens when recruiting. 3. Profile Library Over 130 profiles are available for various roles and industries, mapped to O*NET and ANZSCO role classification frameworks, including cross-functional profiles such as remote-work effectiveness, growth mindset, resilience, and hybrid leadership. 4.
