As a user of Gmail myself, I am interested to learn more about this collaboration with PCR. What features does this add for those who access PCR. Is it the same layout as a personal Gmail account, or is it modified to match up with PCR?

As I mentioned above, I find that PCR lags pretty dramatically with LinkedIn and Gmail. I know the Gmail integration is new, but there are definitely some issues that should be addressed. When we started small, we were manging recruiting on Google Drive and emails. Now that I am happy with Zoho recruit, I would like to tranfer my candidate database that I have in my Google Drive to Zoho recruit.

I like to send mass emails to candidates, and can find it somewhat difficult to send it to specific groups, especially active employees. Sometimes the mail goes straight to junk and our employees never see them.
