Integrity data not found for theme; but uploading theme zip does not clear error

Hi, I just updated my Wordpress theme and ran a scan but am gettin gan Integrity data not found error. I uploaded the zip file within minutes of installing the theme and it won't clear the error (it won't do anything). To ensure a clean install, I completely removed the theme via FTP, and...
