Discussions Data Collection

Hi all! I'm doing a pretty complex community engagement project, and part of it is a survey , which will be promoted on its own, but also as part of some community workshops and events. I've been having serious problems with data collection from Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. I know API changes have occurred during 2020, but Synthesio doesn't provide clear information about how they collect data. Someone else has experienced these kind of issues?
