I hope that Google Drive adds more storage space for large files

I want to increase the storage size of Google Drive but the free one, because 15 GB for video and photo files currently have a large resolution so in my opinion it's still lacking because I also need it for personal needs outside of the office

I want to add my free Google Drive storage size, because 15GB is still not enough for videos that have large resolutions. So I am very lacking because I need it for personal and office use

I can only view the files on my computer, not comparing version or choosing which version to recover or locking the file from editing (which is possible in Tortoisesvn), should Google Drive be able to do that also, please let me know.
