The software is great. It's tailored for the jewelry industry. No other software puts all required solutions under one roof. It saves a lot of time, avoids mistakes, and makes my life much easier! Once you set up the system, it holds all the business inside. We integrated it with our ERP via API. It takes all inventory, prepares all the data and uploads it to our eBay, Etsy, Shopify and B2B catalogs. The system is very robust, packed with integrations like live gold prices, GIA and IGI - it saves a lot of work updating prices. They upload new features every week, it's impressive. Lately, they add lots of AI tools. From their support, to assisting in data management, to images improvement - they keep adding all the time. We haven't started to use them actively yet, but I'm glad I don't need to start searching myself. The team just great. Their communication and responsibility, the professionalism and the response, which are most important, are beyond all expectations. We work for many years together, and they continue to surprise me every time. The team is always is touch and keeps pushing us forward. Franky, I can't imagine how I would do it without the system. It creates all the content, manages the jewelry and diamond inventory, syncs and reprices everything automatically. Saves me a lot of time and salaries, and avoids mistakes.
