I find Userback easy to use and appreciate its connectivity with Jira. It's incredibly beneficial to track down early problems and manage all tickets and suggestions by connecting to Jira. The initial setup was also very easy, and it's convenient to have everything in one tool since we use Jira as our main tool for project management.
