Additional webhook events and better sandbox tooling reduced our debugging time

We had been using PostGrid for about a year and it served us well, but we hit limitations around webhook event granularity and multi-environment management that were slowing our team down. The migration was less painful than expected because both platforms use REST with similar JSON schemas, so most of our integration code needed only minor updates. The additional webhook events and better sandbox tooling have already paid off in reduced debugging time.

Rock-solid api docs and a predictable sandbox you can trust

We did a proper evaluation before choosing, including a two week trial with PostGrid. Both are capable platforms but what pushed us here was the depth of the API documentation and the consistency of the sandbox environment. Every edge case we tested behaved exactly the same in sandbox as it did in production. For a healthcare system where a mislabeled letter can have real consequences, that predictability matters a lot.
