Effortlessly Enhance Customer Feedback Management

I like Okendo's ease of use, especially from the brand side, which made the onboarding process easy. Even after going live, it's straightforward to change different elements of our Okendo program. As a makeup/skincare brand, I find it valuable that customers can see attributes like skin type or concerns, providing firsthand proof that our products work for them. I also appreciate the better features Okendo offers compared to Yotpo. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

Okendo: Streamlined Reviews, Fantastic Support

I use Okendo for our website reviews and TikTok integration. I love how organized and streamlined it is, allowing us to monitor and publish reviews selectively. Also, apart from the amazing services, Okendo has a great support team that I really appreciate. I think it's incredible that we're able to handle surveys for our customers through Okendo. The initial setup was extremely easy, which I found really convenient.
