I like the simplified interface of Lattice; it's very user-friendly. The holistic approach to collecting lots of different sources of data in one place is also something I appreciate. The one-on-one functionality is my favorite as it really holds people accountable to the conversations they're supposed to be having on their teams. It ensures that people meet regularly to give and receive feedback and documents those conversations so HR has an easier time following employee relations issues. The initial setup was incredibly easy with Lattice, and the team was very helpful and stayed in contact for a long time during and after implementation.
