Its strengths are strong customer support, useful compliance workflows, and a cleaner structure for managing quality records. The main drawbacks are that setup still needs proper planning, some workflows may feel a little clunky at first, and it will only work well if someone internally owns the system properly. Overall, Isolocity is a solid option for a growing business that wants to professionalise its quality management without jumping straight into an overly complex enterprise system.
