I find Increff WMS to be very adaptive and customizable, which is essential for our needs. It's great that it's a single tool that works well for both our own channel and marketplace business. The system's ability to segregate returns is really helpful, and it helps identify gaps in inventory. I appreciate how it prioritizes shipments based on tags received from the frontend. Overall, I find it to be a very accurate system. It also connects all our warehouses together and serves as a WMS for our dark stores, helping with order pick, pack, and ship operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy with integration into Omuni and SAP.

I like the automated mailing option for data, as it is very helpful for my work monitoring inventory. The setup for Increff WMS was good.
