CovaSyn is the ChemTech platform for AI agents: a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives any AI assistant real chemistry, pharma, and biotech capability. Instead of switching between ChemDraw, Excel, PubChem, and a dozen specialist tools, your agent calls CovaSyn directly and returns answers ready to use: stability and shelf-life, drug-candidate profiles, regulatory checks, formulation, and analytical interpretation. The platform spans 199 deterministic tools across 17 suites covering four workflows: research and discovery (ADMET, druglikeness, folding, molecular design), formulation and process (solubility, crystallization, Arrhenius shelf-life, DoE/RSM optimisation), compliance and safety (ICH M7 mutagenicity, Tox21, structural alerts), and analytics (NMR, MS, IR, UV/Vis identification, purity, and impurity profiling). In an independent, peer-reviewed benchmark by the Klambauer Lab (JKU Linz, ICLR 2026), frontier LLMs answered chemistry tasks correctly only 14–41% of the time on their own, and 76–92% when connected to CovaSyn. CovaSyn works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot via a single MCP endpoint and API key.
