I use Board Intelligence for creating meeting papers. It saves me a significant amount of time when collating and publishing papers. I find the whole platform really effective, even though I'm using the basic version. The ability to find papers is very useful, and I have a library going back 6 years. The use of links is also very useful. The initial setup of Board Intelligence was very easy.

Very easy to use and works across multiple devices. Also enables me to use for multiple organisations with no confusion. The ability for administrators to update packs and for me to still retain my annotations is excellent.

I appreciate Board Intelligence for saving me time by eliminating the need to use Adobe to create packs, and I find the AI function useful in preparing a first draft of minutes. I like the look of the platform and the simplicity of the user experience. The back office/help team responds and resolves issues quickly. Saving time on simple tasks is essential to focus more on value-add tasks. Also, as far as I've heard, the initial setup process was fairly simple.
