I really like Bizagi's visual process modeling and workflow automation capabilities. The BPM design tools make it easier for both technical and non-technical teams to understand complex workflows and collaborate on process improvements. The drag-and-drop workflow builder and centralized dashboards help operations teams maintain visibility into approvals, bottlenecks, and ongoing tasks without relying on multiple disconnected systems. This integration alongside Microsoft 365 and SharePoint reduces repetitive manual work across departments. Another strong advantage is the platform's flexibility to adapt workflows as business requirements change over time.

I like most of the workflow automation capability of Bizagi. The visual process designer made it easier to map business processes without needing heavy coding. The approval routing and task tracking significantly improved operational visibility. The low code workflow builder and BPM and modeling were very useful for automating approvals and reducing manual work.

Bizagi is very easy to use and makes complex workflows feel far less technical, even for non techincal users. It improves the overall process, reduces the laerning curve and helps teams get up to speed more fastest and integration options also make things run more smoothly and the features are straightforward and inututive to use. Its a practical tool for real word business process, with clear visual logic that supports collaboration and makes it easier to spot gaps.
