I really like the visual workflow modeling and drag-and-drop process design in Bizagi. It makes complex workflows much easier to understand for both technical and non-technical teams. This improves collaboration and reduces confusion during projects and process discussions.

Bizagi also helps to automate business process which reduce manual work and errors. It is good for documentation and process visibility, so team can track work properly. One more good thing is integration and flexibility, we can connect with other systems also. Overall it is very useful tool for improving efficiency and managing business operations in better way.

Bizagi is the tool in which we are working a lot to wrap our machine learning models as functional business workflows. In particular, I am leveraging it to create “Human-in-the-loop” processes, that is, a business process that starts with an AI model's prediction (such as probability of churning, credit risk scores, etc.) and the human in the loop is then responsible for further approving/declining the prediction.Bizagi Modeler is, in all honesty, one of the finest software for modelling logic in existence. As a Data Scientist I'm a thinker in terms of flowchart and decision trees, and Bizagi makes it very easy to visualize a complex business process before we get to hitting APIs.The integration features are also very useful to me. We use REST services extensively to kick off our Python scripts and SQL databases. After you understand how the mapping tool works, it should be pretty easy to send a "score" from a process to our analytic environment and send back a "score" to the UI, for the end user to view. It prevents our models from being "black boxes" that reside in the pages of a notebook, and makes them a part of the hands that are making decisions.
