Hackalize is a structured decision system for mobile apps. It turns paywalls, onboarding flows and key screens into a prioritized backlog of changes — with concrete actions, success metrics and ready-to-run A/B experiments.
Unlike subjective UX feedback tools or visual analyzers, Hackalize produces machine-parseable, executable output. Every analysis returns:
- A diagnostic score (0-10) across 8 categories: clarity, UX, conversion, monetization, trust, engagement, analytics, and technical. Weights adjust automatically based on experience type (paywall, onboarding, home, etc.) and your selected business metric (paywall CVR, trial-to-paid, retention D7, activation rate, etc.).
- Observable problems with severity levels (low / medium / high / critical), each linked to the changes that resolve them.
- Prioritized changes with concrete actions: UI tweaks, copy tests, A/B experiments, urgency mechanisms — never vague advice like "improve clarity".
- Tokenized execution steps (System A): every step is a parseable token (STEP_CHECK, STEP_CHOICE, SUCCESS_RULE) so the output can be exported directly to Jira, Linear or Notion as ready-to-execute tickets.
Three analysis depths fit different needs:
- Quick Scan (1 token): single direct recommendation, up to 2 screens.
- Growth Analysis (2 tokens): 2-4 prioritized changes with A/B experiments, up to 6 screens.
- Growth System (3 tokens): full multi-screen funnel analysis with experiment design, up to 12 screens.
Built for indie developers, product managers, growth teams and design-led startups iterating on mobile apps. Pay-per-analysis with token packs (no mandatory subscription) plus monthly plans from Free to Business with API access.
