The AI-driven navigation through the process and bringing humans in the loop for unforeseen situations is also quite useful. I appreciate the availability of multiple AI models, which shortens the go-to-market time and makes the implementation easy to understand through visual design. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat easy with the help of the Appian support team and a dedicated relationship manager.
