# When will it be possible to be able to create reports for missing devices from say a particular location?
When completing a yearly inventory audit, we would like to be able to run a report that can tell us if a device is missing from an office location. Say for instance, last year I scanned a printer. This year during our annual inventory audit, the printer is not there, but the person doing the inventory audit is not aware of this. We would like to be able to run a report that will show missing equipment from locations / office spaces so that we can properly track/ locate the device.

# SysAid permet-il l'authentification moderne sur les e-mails surveillés ?
Avec les changements qu'Office 365 met en œuvre, toutes les authentifications SMTP, POP3 et IMAP vont disparaître. Nous cherchons donc à savoir si SysAid a implémenté OAuth 2 sur l'email surveillé (c'est-à-dire lorsque qu'un utilisateur envoie un email à une adresse spécifique, cela crée un ticket et notifie notre équipe d'assistance) ?

# Compatibilité de SysAid avec Exchange Server 2013 et versions ultérieures ?
Actuellement, SysAid n'est pas compatible avec Exchange Server 2013 et au-delà, j'ai un Exchange Server 2010 installé juste pour exécuter les notifications par e-mail de SysAid, y a-t-il des plans futurs pour intégrer SysAid avec les nouveaux Exchange Servers ?

# How do we configure a certificate from a CA on the system?
We have had a Certificate from a Certificate Authority for more that 6 months now, but we are still struggling to configure it on the system due to the complexity of going about it. What is the simplest way for doing so.

# How do you integrate Clickatell Bulk SMS on SysAid?
The current version we are using, allows for One Time Passcode for the Password Self Service, but we have been struggling to get this done, as whenever we raise a Support Case with the vendor, the people who get allocated the ticket, seem to have no idea about what we are talking about.
