
I like how easy STAGE is to use for collecting and managing customer reviews. The interface is straightforward, and sending review requests is fast and hassle-free. I also appreciate being able to track all feedback in one place, which makes it simpler to understand the customer experience and identify ways to improve service. Sometimes the customization options for emails and review requests feel a bit limited. I’d like to see more flexibility in both the design and the messaging so they can better match what I’m trying to communicate.
