GA4 conversions aren't being automatically sent to Hotjar
Hi!
I have an issue with the GA4 conversions aren't being automatically sent to Hotjar even though the setting is on. I do see the Hotjar User IDs in GA4 Explore, so It must be synced properly. Can you help please?

Will the hotspot data change/reset when we reset that part of website
If I change a button and replace the button with a forum will the previously present hotspot data on that button will reset and new data will be taken on that form and will the new hotspot data will be added upon the previous button data

What's the best way to contact customer service? Does the company have a chat?
I have submitted the hep form on hotjar website but haven't heard back from them yet, we have a problem with login. Does Hotjar have a customer chat ?
