
I like that FastVisa is easy to use. The platform is very simple, which makes it easy for our staff to use and ensures they're actually using it. This simplicity helps me as a manager to pull reports and ensure we're adequately reporting what our staff are doing. Also, FastVisa has helped us streamline our work and create more continuity between our offices in Waco, San Antonio, and Austin. It makes sure that our teams are presenting and storing data in similar ways across different locations. FastVisa is also much more affordable for our nonprofit compared to our previous product. There are a couple types of reporting information that I would like to have a different way. Right now, we can pull a report of when cases are created and when cases are closed, but I would actually like a report that shows when cases are worked on during the year.
