# What is the best FP&A system for integrating with netsuite and salesforce without a ton of IT work?

I’m trying to understand what is the best FP&A system for integrating with netsuite and salesforce without a ton of IT work? In theory, most platforms “integrate” with both systems. In practice, the real question is how easily teams can bring together financial data and revenue pipeline data into one planning model without relying on custom pipelines, constant maintenance, or manual reconciliation.

From what I’ve seen, LiveFlow, Drivetrain, and Datarails are often highlighted for ease of integration. Here’s the broader set I have been evaluating:

LiveFlow: Designed for direct integration with accounting systems like NetSuite, making it a strong option for teams that want fast setup and real-time syncing.

Drivetrain: Offers integrations with both financial and SaaS tools, which makes it useful for connecting revenue and financial planning data.

Planful: A solid option for structured integrations with both ERP and CRM systems. It’s more traditional, but seems reliable for teams that want stability and governed data flows.

OneStream: Likely the most powerful from an integration standpoint, especially in enterprise environments. The trade-off is that it may require more setup and technical involvement upfront.

For teams running both NetSuite and Salesforce, what’s been harder to manage over time: the integration itself, or making sure both systems tell the same story?

Almost all of tools like Adaptive, OneStream, Pigment, Cube, Aleph, Planful, Datarails, Abacum “link” to NetSuite. What exactly are we looking at here?

From what I’ve seen, integrations tend to work well initially, but the real challenge shows up in keeping financial and CRM data aligned as both systems evolve over time.
