# Best platforms for integrating conversational support with help desks

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Has anyone here found a really clean way to integrate <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/conversational-support">conversational support tools </a>(AI chatbots) into a help desk setup?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been looking into this lately, but it’s hard to tell what actually works well. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">From what I’ve seen so far, a few tools keep popping up:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fin-by-intercom/reviews"><strong>Intercom</strong></a>: their AI + automation seems solid, but pricey?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/zendesk-for-customer-service/reviews"><strong>Zendesk</strong></a>: feels enterprise-y, not sure how smooth it is</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/freshdesk/reviews"><strong>Freshdesk</strong></a>: seems more affordable, curious about real-world use</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/tidio/reviews"><strong>Tidio</strong></a>: good for smaller teams? Curious whether people have had better results with the more enterprise tools or the simpler chat-first platforms.
