Yes, HiHello Events is a purpose-built lead retrieval solution for conferences, trade shows, and field marketing. Your team uses one app for everything: scanning badges, sharing their digital card, tagging contacts to the event, and syncing leads to your CRM in real time.
The key difference from dedicated badge scanning tools: HiHello works independently of the event organizer's systems. You don't need to rent a scanner from the venue or depend on the event's badge API. Reps use their phone. Scan a badge, a paper card, a QR code, whatever they encounter on the floor, and the contact is captured, enriched, and tagged to the event automatically. That consistency matters when your team runs a mix of large trade shows and smaller field events: the process is identical regardless of venue or event size.
After the event, every contact is already tagged, organized, and in your CRM. No spreadsheet cleanup. No batch entry on Monday morning.

Does HiHello support QR codes, vCards, and scheduling links in email signatures?

Yes to all three. HiHello signatures are powered by each employee's digital business card, which means every signature includes a live link, and a QR code, that takes recipients directly to their profile. From there, recipients can save the contact as a vCard to their phone or desktop address book in one tap, with no manual entry.
The dynamic part: because signatures pull from the card in real time, any update the employee makes, title, phone number, headshot, new LinkedIn, reflects in their signature automatically. There's no such thing as an outdated signature when the source of truth is a live profile.
For scheduling links, HiHello supports calendar booking fields directly on the card, which can be surfaced in the signature as a CTA button. A recipient clicks the signature, lands on the card, books a meeting. The entire flow happens without the employee sending a follow-up or managing a separate booking tool.

How does HiHello handle legal disclaimers and signature onboarding for new employees? How does HiHello handle legal disclaimers and signature onboarding for new employees?

Legal disclaimers in HiHello are centrally managed. Admins create and format disclaimer text, with support for bold, italics, font sizes, links, and multi-language variants, and it applies automatically to every assigned signature. When legal copy needs updating, it's one change that syncs across the organization instantly.
For new employee onboarding, HiHello connects with HR and identity systems including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory), Google Workspace, and Workday via SCIM provisioning. When a new hire's account is created in your identity provider, their HiHello card and email signature can be generated automatically, no separate onboarding step, no IT ticket. When someone leaves, their access and signature are deactivated the same way.
