How do i generate a well understood summary report for all the request put on kissflow

They way my company has my kissflow set up, all I have to do is click on reports and it has all of the breakdowns to each category I use. It tells me how many I have in progress, completed, rejected and withdrawn. It lists each event such as field trips or purchase orders and so on. In order for your kissflow to better serve you, you may have to request for certain information to accomplish your goal.

Go to reports / app specific reports then choose the app to get reports specific to that app. you can then create a custom report and save the template to be ran at any time. It can then be exported and brought into excel if necessary. As an example, we create reports and drop in an Excel template and then summarize in another tab before importing into Quickbooks. For all apps go to reports / All items and drill into what you need. You can then export those reports as well.

How do I delete multiple records that have been completed

As an admin there are several ways. I typically will go to reports then all items. Under here you can chose the app you are working with and click it. From there you can find all of those workflows and checkbox beside the ones you want to delete and click delete.

More than one owner of a task - can they share the one task item?

If there is more than one person put in charge of a task, instead of them making indivudal ones for their boards, can one task be made and the multiple ownership designated, but what ever happens to that (status update, notes, etc.) - everyone who has a responsibility to that task will see the same information.

Hi Jon - yes you can assign a task to more than one person. How I have done it in the past was to create additional "People" columns.

Absolutely. There will be a small plus sign next to person #1 and you can add additional people there.
