Hi Jon - yes you can assign a task to more than one person. How I have done it in the past was to create additional "People" columns.

Hi Kevin! In order to make sure tasks assigned to different team members aren't lost on the way, make sure to use the My week feature which will show all tasks due that week/next or last week. You can follow other team members to make sure you're on top of their workloads as well. Then, you can select the option to show only tasks that have Deadline mode set- which will show you all overdue tasks! Another option to see all tasks not yet done, is to use the Search everything function. By searching a user's name, you'll get a list of ALL tasks assigned to him/her, and the status of the task.
