Hi Dylan, Great question. For reporting, I'd make sure you have a core set of questions that you're looking for answers to on a recurring basis. This could be anything from "What channels are driving the most traffic to my site?" to "How are we currently generating leads through our marketing efforts?" A great place to start is the traffic analytics report. If you have any custom questions, you might consider building a custom report. Once you create all the reports you're interested in, you might want to add them to a dashboard so they're easily findable, and shareable. Hi Paris, Great Question! Right now, the ability to tag people or organizations is not offered by the networks when making posts through a social media tool, like HubSpot. If and when the networks do make this functionality available, we will of course explore how we can add this to our own tool.
