When creating a Zoom conference, the Password is mandatory. For attendees, they just click the Zoom link that the host provides and it already has the password embedded so that attendees don't have to enter it in. If you didn't receive the link but you know the Zoom ID and the password, then you would have to manually enter in the Zoom ID and password. Unless you shared the link to a stranger, I think its very secure. Should a stranger enter the Zoom meeting, you (the host) can boot them.

The host of the meeting can share their screen. In order for attendees to share their screen, the host has to enable that option.

As long as Slack allows you to send out links of the Zoom meeting. The Zoom link has two information attached: the Zoom meeting ID and the encrypted Password. As long as Slack does not edit/alter the link, you’re ok.
